Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with Product Leadership to align product strategy, roadmap priorities, and execution objectives
Translate strategic initiatives into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog according to business goals and stakeholder feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles
3+ years of experience in healthcare, benefits, or digital health product development
Experience building or supporting healthcare navigation, care coordination, or benefits navigation platforms
Experience delivering user-centered digital products
Experience supporting Agile development teams through backlog management, sprint planning, and ceremonies
Ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
U.S. citizenship required; proof of citizenship required at hire
Work authorization in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
Successful completion of a background check and potentially other role-dependent checks
