Associate

• Serve as an ambassador for new and existing members of Alterna
• Assess members’ overall needs at every contact
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
• Provide education, advice, products, and services to mass-market members
• Refer members with complex needs to appropriate branch partners or Senior Bankers
• Maintain a cash drawer and provide related member service
• Contribute to the team’s sales plan through financial-needs assessment and product/service solutions
• Promote, up-sell, and deliver banking products and services
• Meet sales targets and satisfy members’ primary needs
• Execute transaction posting, cash management, balancing, administrative, security, and risk-management procedures accurately
• Identify and refer high-value or high-potential members
• Support member growth and retention and overall branch goals
• Participate in branch meetings, huddles, sales initiatives, and campaigns
• Handle walk-in traffic and member-initiated contacts
• Maintain current knowledge of products, services, and procedural changes
• Use sales and service tools to support member interactions
• Create and complete a personal development plan
• Participate in weekly goal-setting meetings and coaching sessions
• Participate in community initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
