Key responsibilities & impact

Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog according to customer value, business impact, and strategic objectives
Leverage AI tools for backlog refinement, requirements creation, customer research synthesis, acceptance criteria definition, and team communication
Lead the development team in executing roadmap priorities and achieving sprint and release goals
Forecast release dates, communicate progress, and proactively manage risks and dependencies

Experience working in SaaS software organizations
Experience delivering products through iterative software development practices
Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
Demonstrated use of AI to improve product delivery, customer outcomes, or operational efficiency
Experience supporting or delivering AI-enabled product capabilities
Experience delivering customer-facing software products in a SaaS environment
Ability to build strong collaborative relationships across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Customer Success
Curiosity and a passion for learning new technologies and solving complex problems
A bias toward action, continuous improvement, and leveraging modern tools, including AI
