Aurora

Support Engineer

• Help engineers get unblocked across builds and CI, source control, cloud access, authentication, virtual development environments, and AI coding tools
• Triage incoming support requests, resolve issues where possible, and hand off issues requiring deeper fixes to the owning team
• Grant and manage access through infrastructure-as-code and peer-reviewed changes rather than manual configuration
• Identify patterns across support requests, raise emerging incidents early, and communicate them to affected engineers
• Build scripts, command-line tools, documentation, and AI-powered automation to reduce repeat requests and manual work
• Report to the Developer Support Team Lead
