Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience delivering products in enterprise agile environments using Scrum or Kanban frameworks
Strong understanding of AI capabilities, use cases, and business applications
Track record of translating business requirements into technical roadmaps for engineering and data science teams
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product vision clearly
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their AI/ML service offerings
Background in product management, business analysis, or technical domain expertise
Track record of leading agile transformation initiatives and coaching teams through organisational change
Proven experience navigating regulated environments and managing heightened governance requirements for tech change
Ability to manage risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job-specific technical skills
Willingness to work from Knutsford or Glasgow offices
