About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technical execution of projects under general direction
Develop and apply advanced engineering techniques, concepts, and approaches to complex engineering problems
Provide technical guidance to engineering groups and supervise engineering staff
Manage or support project budgeting, scheduling, quality requirements, and technical deliverables
Interface directly with clients on technical project aspects and manage project changes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized accredited program in the home country or country of professional practice
Minimum of 8 years related work experience
Registered Electrical or Civil Engineer
Preferably experience in Substation/Transmission Lines
Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable design guides and standards
Intermediate knowledge of other disciplines
Advanced ability to interpret engineering deliverable content
Intermediate industry knowledge and technology trends
Intermediate knowledge of company quality program
Intermediate knowledge of construction and constructability practices and principles
Intermediate knowledge of procurement and contract administration
Working knowledge of project controls and estimating processes and procedures
Intermediate knowledge of technical proposal processes
Intermediate business knowledge
Intermediate knowledge of company, division, and HR programs, policies, procedures, and organizational structure
Intermediate knowledge of management techniques and administrative practices
Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, which may include background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle records search
