Executive Assistant

• Own the CEO's calendar end to end, including scheduling, prioritization, conflict resolution, and rescheduling
• Control access to the CEO's time and decide what requires meetings, asynchronous resolution, or redirection
• Protect uninterrupted strategic-work blocks
• Triage inbound requests and escalate genuinely urgent matters
• Prepare daily briefs, agendas, and pre-reads
• Serve as the operating link between the CEO and Brello leadership across clinical operations, marketing, growth, and customer experience
• Track cross-functional commitments and requests
• Act as a discreet point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and external partners
• Build relationships with assistants and operators supporting other leaders
• Represent the CEO in selected internal and external meetings
• Capture decisions, commitments, and follow-ups and brief the CEO
• Serve as a trusted sounding board and resolve issues independently when appropriate
• Run leadership-team operating rhythms, including agendas, notes, action items, and owners
• Chase commitments to completion
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, and status views
• Support OKR tracking and quarterly planning
• Prepare board materials, investor updates, and corporate reporting
• Coordinate with finance, HR, legal, and People Ops
• Maintain records of decisions, approvals, and open items
• Assist with vendor research, tooling evaluations, and renewal calendars
• Plan and book travel, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reporting
• Coordinate company events, town halls, and all-hands meetings end to end
• Take on ad hoc special projects
