About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deploy, secure, and maintain network infrastructures in operational condition across critical IT and OT environments
Contribute to the evolution and modernization of LAN/WAN infrastructures and data center networks
Design and deploy network connectivity solutions for cloud environments
Contribute to Cisco infrastructure implementation and enhancement projects
Participate in the implementation of network security and access control solutions
Automate network operations using Python and/or Ansible
Operate, administer, and maintain network infrastructures
Diagnose and resolve complex routing, switching, and connectivity incidents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in network engineering within complex and demanding environments
Proficiency in routing and switching protocols: OSPF, IS-IS, MP-BGP, MST
Proven experience with Cisco technologies: ASR, ISR, Catalyst, Nexus, and Cisco Wireless
Good knowledge of firewalls, particularly Check Point and Palo Alto
Experience with cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure
Practical experience with network automation using Python and/or Ansible
Knowledge of monitoring, NAC, centralized logging, TACACS, and RADIUS solutions
Knowledge of Cisco ACI and/or Cisco SD-WAN is an advantage
Autonomous, methodical, proactive, and solution-oriented
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams
Fluent in French or Dutch
Fluent in English
Availability for an on-call rotation, with a maximum frequency of one week in four
