Key responsibilities & impact

Record and allocate daily bank transactions, including checking accounts and credit card activity
Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly bank and credit card statements
Maintain the AP subledger
Regularly reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
Allocate COGS, direct costs, and operational expenses across multiple projects and cost centers
Identify, track, and flag discrepancies or irregularities in financial data for internal review

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, including at least 1 year with a U.S.-based company
Professional education in accounting
Confident QuickBooks Online (or Desktop) user with at least 1 year of hands-on experience, from basic bookkeeping to reconciliations (mandatory)
