Key responsibilities & impact

Process and manage customer orders
Organize, book, and monitor goods dispatches and transportation
Coordinate with warehouses, freight forwarders, and shipping service providers
Ensure on-time deliveries to customers
Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and complaints
