FNTIO

Sales

• Build FNTIO’s sales organization in a structured manner: target segments, outreach, pipeline, forecasting, CRM, proposal process, and handover to Delivery
• Acquire new enterprise customers in the DACH region through cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone, as well as networking, events, and AWS co-sell
• Continue supporting acquired customers as Account Owner—from the initial project through expansion and operations
• Lead discovery and architecture discussions, scope projects with engineers, and write proposals with end-to-end accountability for results
• Show customers live systems instead of presentations; deliver an initial prototype early in the project
• Manage your pipeline independently and report performance metrics to the executive team
• Use AI for research, outreach, proposals, and preparation
• Sell enterprise AI from pilot to production: platforms, agents, approvals, and adoption, with end-to-end accountability for results
