About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and own the HR Mini Master (HRMM) solution architecture in SAP S/4HANA
- Design HRMM based on business and technical requirements
- Define representation and maintenance of employee and organizational data in S/4HANA
- Design and oversee integrations between HRMM, SAP systems, non-SAP systems, and Workday
- Define data flows, mappings, interfaces, and integration mechanisms
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designs
- Provide architectural guidance to HR/HCM functional, integration, and technical teams
- Collaborate with business stakeholders throughout implementation
- Support testing, deployment, cutover, and resolution of technical, data, and integration issues
- Review solution designs and maintain architecture and design documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience with SAP HCM / HR and understanding of HR master data and organizational structures
- Experience designing or implementing HR Mini Master (HRMM) solutions in SAP S/4HANA
- Strong understanding of Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)
- Understanding of HR master data integration with S/4HANA processes
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and integration design
- Strong technical understanding of SAP HR/HCM architecture, data structures, interfaces, and integration mechanisms
- Understanding of APIs, IDocs, web services, middleware, and data mapping
- Ability to define interface specifications and troubleshoot technical and integration issues
- Experience defining integrations between SAP and external HR systems
- Ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architecture and technical designs
- Experience supporting implementation, testing, deployment, and cutover activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with business, functional, integration, and technical stakeholders
- Experience with Workday-to-SAP S/4HANA integration for employee, organizational, and HR master data
- Knowledge of Workday-SAP integration technologies and patterns
- Knowledge of ABAP and ability to understand or review technical developments and specifications
