Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidates must be located in Canada or the US
Solid experience with Go, Rust, Python, or similar programming languages
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience working with large distributed systems
Experience delivering projects from requirements gathering and ideation through shipping to customers
Experience developing software that runs in the cloud or experience with systems engineering
Experience writing clean, robust, performant, and maintainable software
Independent attitude and good communication skills
Motivated self-starter with a bias toward action
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather feedback, and iterate
Experience with Grafana and Prometheus is a bonus
Familiarity with on-call, operations/SRE tasks, or infrastructure as code is a bonus
