Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience with at least one programming language; familiarity with Go, Python, C, C++, Rust or similar
Some experience delivering projects from requirements gathering and brainstorming through shipping to customers
Some experience developing software that runs in the Cloud or experience with systems engineering
Experience writing clean, robust, performant, and maintainable software
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
Good communication skills
Experience with low-level code for databases, storage layers, or query engines is a bonus
Experience with Kubernetes is a bonus
Experience using Grafana and/or Prometheus in operational roles is a bonus
Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems, or desire to learn, is a bonus
Familiarity with on-call, operations/SRE tasks, or infrastructure as code is a bonus
