About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform due diligence and risk monitoring over business partners
- Drive operational risk reviews with internal stakeholders to support timely analysis completion
- Perform baseline risk reviews and determine next steps for complete risk analysis according to internal standards
- Initiate and support internal reviews with various stakeholders
- Raise compliance awareness and provide specialized advice and training
- Support the operational framework for internal risk review and response
- Perform routine compliance diligence and checks as part of the internal control environment
- Advise internal Sales and Program Management stakeholders on risk and coordinate risk reviews
- Collaborate with regional trade, export control, and sanctions compliance professionals to exchange knowledge and develop best practices
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary measures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Education or background in law or compliance
- SAP / GTS knowledge
- Fluency in other European language(s)
- Background or interest in data analytics and automation projects
- Project management certification or experience leading projects
- Experience with US, EU, UK, or other sanctions regimes
- Experience with European Union Dual-Use Regulation
- Experience with Military Export Controls
- Experience with US Export Controls (EAR or ITAR)
- Experience with Customs Regulation
- Experience with Anti-Boycott
- Experience with Anti-Money Laundering
