About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build relationships with customers and distributors and support business growth opportunities
- Translate customer briefs into suitable fragrance recommendations with support from technical experts when required
- Coordinate fragrance projects, including sample submissions, customer feedback, and project follow-up
- Prepare customer presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations
- Support the use of digital tools and platforms to enhance customer engagement and project management
- Assist with quotations, pricing processes, and commercial execution
- Capture market insights and maintain accurate customer and project records
- Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Fragrance, Technical, and Customer Service functions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Food Science, or a related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer support, account management, or project coordination
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Passion for fragrances, consumer products, and customer engagement
