About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install, configure, and maintain software solutions in customer environments.
- Troubleshoot application, database, network and infrastructure issues.
- Support software deployments, upgrades, and go-live activities.
- Support system integration.
- Coordinate DICOM interconnections and support integrations with third-party DICOM nodes.
- Coordinate HL7 interconnections and support integrations with third-party HL7 nodes.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Project teams.
- Maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Application Support, PACS Administration, or Systems Administration.
- Experience with Healthcare IT systems in the radiology sector, including RIS/PACS and imaging modalities integrations.
- Strong experience with DICOM protocol and DICOM Standard flows, as well as HL7 integrations.
- Experience working directly with hospital IT teams, radiology departments, or end users during implementations and support.
- Eligibility to work in Greece.
- Availability for occasional ad hoc after-hours support.
