About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to initiatives that support firm growth and long-term client relationships
- Help shape and implement business development strategies across service lines, industries, and geographies
- Assist with tailored proposals, presentations, and content for potential clients
- Help organize events and sponsorships for clients and prospects
- Support sales training and coaching initiatives to improve client engagement
- Analyze data using Salesforce, DOMO, and other tools to uncover trends and identify growth opportunities
- Track activities and tasks in Asana and help ensure deadlines are met
- Participate in projects providing exposure to all aspects of business development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Entering Senior year and pursuing a BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ideally, experience with project management tools such as Asana
- Ideally, experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Ideally, experience with data analytics tools such as Domo
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Curiosity and ability to analyze trends and identify insights
- 3–4 days onsite in the Miami, Florida office
- GPA of 3.0 or above
