• Own clinical operations and client success as a single delivery engine
• Bring Koda's digital product and clinical service line under unified operating measures
• Manage end-to-end delivery for every client contract from onboarding through renewal
• Lead staffing and people management for the service line, including capacity planning, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and difficult personnel conversations
• Develop and test patient, caregiver, and referring-provider engagement strategies within contractual constraints
• Define, instrument, and review operating metrics connecting product performance to clinical delivery
• Provide delivery feedback to leadership and sales on effective customer profiles and deployment models
• Improve realized revenue against contracted value
• Improve patient engagement, scheduled high-risk patient calls, provider referral volume, revenue stability, staffing resilience, Patient Advocate onboarding speed, client satisfaction, renewals, client onboarding, deployment-level margin, and clinical program metrics
