About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Search for RFPs and channel them to appropriate firm audiences in coordination with the Pursuit Manager
Participate in pre-proposal and pre-interview planning with technical teams to develop and apply the established win strategy
Coordinate, write, edit, and produce pursuit marketing materials, including qualifications packages, proposals, and presentations/interviews
Solicit and coordinate information from subconsultants and team members for proposal and presentation materials
Participate in pre-interview planning and presentation rehearsals and provide coaching as necessary
Gather, format, and maintain accurate, up-to-date segment marketing information, including staff bios, project descriptions, and statistics
Research target opportunities and share relevant information with other teams
Engage Content Strategists to capture opportunities for award submissions, case studies, photography, or other ways to package segment expertise
Collaborate with the Brand Manager on standard collateral and marketing pieces
Identify and manage opportunities for tradeshows, industry events, speaking engagements, advertising, and sponsorships

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or similar
3+ years of experience in A/E/C marketing or business development
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Office, and CRM systems (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred)
Travel as required to build positive working relationships with stakeholders
Excellent time management, project management, and presentation skills
Cover letter demonstrating writing ability
Resume demonstrating graphic design ability
Portfolio of graphic design and layout experience is a plus
