About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage relationships and interactions with third-party vendors and external business partners
Serve as the operational owner and primary coordination point for CRx specialty pharmacy initiatives, enhancements, and priorities
Partner with pharmacy leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to establish priorities, define outcomes, clarify responsibilities, and coordinate work
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status updates, decision logs, and follow-up items
Coordinate operational readiness for new clients, programs, service enhancements, and process changes
Document requirements, dependencies, process documentation, workflows, business requirements, and standard work
Align CRx pharmacy operations with Variable Copay, Client Experience, Clinical, Compliance, Finance, Product, and other Liviniti teams
Monitor operational performance, service trends, stakeholder feedback, and recurring issues
Facilitate resolution of cross-functional operational issues and escalate barriers when necessary
Evaluate proposed changes for operational impact, member and client experience, resource needs, compliance, and organizational alignment
Provide updates to pharmacy leadership and stakeholders on status, risks, decisions, dependencies, and outcomes
Coordinate testing, validation, training, communications, and implementation activities
Promote reliable specialty pharmacy service, coordination of care, medication access, affordability, and consistent member and client experiences
Maintain HIPAA compliance, report violations, and complete required HIPAA training
No supervisory responsibilities
No travel is expected

Requirements

What you’ll need

Certified Pharmacy Technician with 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
High School or equivalent
Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments
Ability to tolerate taxing workloads
Ability to function effectively under stress
Adherence to deadlines
Integrity, concern for others, interpersonal skills, interest, and motivation
Strong work ethic
Ability to respect confidentiality of patient information
Understanding of medical terminology and calculations
Familiarity with medication names and general uses
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic math and computer skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software programs
Problem-solving and analysis skills
Availability during core hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CT
Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays pursuant to industry demands
