About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop creative and commercial merchandise presentations to drive sales
- Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Work closely with Visual Merchandisers in the stores
- Coordinate merchandising activities and processes
- Organize and deliver workshops and training sessions in the stores
- Provide regular feedback on current trends to the product departments
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and the VM Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong knowledge of commercial visual merchandising
- Several years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser with a proven track record
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and creativity
- Analytical and pragmatic way of thinking
- Willingness to travel extensively and enjoyment of working as part of a team
- Willingness to work in a modern environment with effective systems
