About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and maintain customer and supplier master data in SAP
- Coordinate with trade credit insurers to secure credit limits
- Set up credit limits in accordance with internal guidelines
- Clarify and collect overdue receivables
- Prepare internal reports, including monthly portfolio overviews
- Monitor internal credit management standards
- Work as part of a five-person Credit Control team
- Conduct interviews and manage the recruitment process in Frankfurt
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in credit control, credit management, or receivables management
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Careful and reliable approach to work, including under time pressure
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and proactive
