About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support a leading manufacturer's Direct Store Delivery program in big box retail stores
- Stock and replenish products following DSD deliveries
- Rotate product to ensure freshness and quality
- Build and maintain displays and promotional signage
- Monitor inventory levels
- Process damaged, expired, and unsaleable products
- Ensure products are neatly arranged and ready for customers
- Use smartphone apps to collect data, take photos, and complete reports
- Represent MCA and the client professionally
- Build positive relationships with store staff and management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience in retail, grocery, warehouse, or merchandising environments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with clear productivity expectations
- Physically able to lift, bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods
- Confident communication with store management, staff, and other vendors
- Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities effectively
- Professional appearance, attitude, and conduct
- Ability to use smartphone apps and modern technology
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Steel toed shoes/boots required on site
- Must reside in Edmonton, AB
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
