• Lead in-field and in-house customer demonstrations showcasing NanoTemper solutions and applications
• Support pre-sales technical discussions by understanding customer needs and aligning technologies to research workflows and scientific goals
• Prepare, present, and discuss demo and evaluation reports with customers and internal stakeholders
• Manage demo unit booking and logistics
• Perform instrument installation and on-site technical support
• Deliver application-focused and in-field user training
• Support and present at webinars, workshops, and scientific conferences
• Support conference activities and provide technical expertise to attendees
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to translate findings into customer-facing content
• Contribute automation and workflow integration expertise during customer discussions
• Support development of application notes, protocols, technical posters, and presentations
• Support Sales teams with technical insights and application messaging
• Gather and communicate market and application trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback
• Collaborate with Product Management and R&D on product performance feedback, feature development, and workflow improvements
