About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and maintain Cyber Defense Services productization and service documentation
Ensure service descriptions, datasheets, presentations, sales materials, and website content remain accurate and up to date
Coordinate documentation updates with service owners and subject matter experts
Act as the central owner of service-related content and information management practices
Support Sales by providing high-quality service information and commercial materials
Collaborate with Marketing to promote Cyber Defense Services internally and externally
Ensure service information is easy to find, consistent across channels, and aligned with company standards
Support the launch and communication of new and updated services
Work closely with cybersecurity experts, Sales, and Marketing teams
Report to the Executive Vice President of Cyber Defense Services

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in service management, sales support, productization, portfolio management, product marketing or a similar role
Experience working with B2B technology, IT services, software, or cybersecurity-related offerings
Strong communication and content creation skills in English
Ability to transform technical information into clear and compelling customer-facing and sales-ready content
Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage documentation and information in a structured and consistent manner
Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of service-related materials and content
Interest in using AI tools to support content creation, documentation, and more efficient ways of working
Excellent written and spoken Finnish and English
Confidence in ability to pass Finnish Security and Intelligence Service (SUPO) background check procedures
Experience with managed IT or cybersecurity services is a plus
Understanding of SOC, MDR, SIEM, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, or similar Cyber Defense Services is a plus
Experience with sales enablement, service portfolio management, or productization processes is a plus
Experience maintaining website content and marketing collateral is a plus
Familiarity with SharePoint, CRM platforms, and content management systems is a plus
Experience working in a technical B2B environment is a plus
