About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design static, animated, and video ad creatives for Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, and other paid channels
  • Collaborate with the PPC team and Creative Strategists to align creative with campaign goals and live performance data
  • Analyze creative-level CTR, CPA, and ROAS metrics to determine future tests
  • Run hypothesis, variant, test, and learn cycles
  • Build reusable master files for fast, clean iteration
  • Track competitor ads and emerging formats
  • Contribute to a shared creative learning library documenting what works, what does not, and why
  • Work closely with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and data teams delivering cybersecurity products for businesses

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong static and motion ad design skills across multiple formats and sizes
  • Confident with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects or equivalent
  • Solid typography and visual hierarchy skills
  • Comfortable reading CTR, CPA, and ROAS metrics and translating them into creative decisions
  • Ability to produce a high volume of quality variants without quality dropping
  • Ability to own projects end to end, from brief to final export, on time
  • Good understanding of AI tools for workflow and output optimization
  • Based in Vilnius or Kaunas and able to work from there
  • Able to work from the office 3 times per week
