About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design static, animated, and video ad creatives for Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, and other paid channels
- Work with the PPC team and Creative Strategists to align creative with campaign goals and live performance data
- Analyze creative-level CTR, CPA, and ROAS metrics to determine what to test next
- Run hypothesis, variant, test, and learn cycles
- Build reusable master files for fast, clean iteration
- Track competitor ads and emerging formats
- Contribute to a shared creative learning library documenting what works, what does not, and why
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong static and motion ad design skills across multiple formats and sizes
- Confident with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects or equivalent
- Solid typography and visual hierarchy skills in tight ad formats
- Comfortable reading CTR, CPA, and ROAS metrics and turning them into creative decisions
- Ability to produce a high volume of quality variants without quality dropping
- Ability to own projects end to end, from brief to final export, on time
- Good understanding of AI tools for workflow and output optimization
