Application Engineer

• Serve as the primary technical expert for the Drone First Responder solutions portfolio
• Support customers, channel partners, and internal sales teams throughout the customer lifecycle
• Collaborate with public safety agencies, first responders, government organisations, and commercial customers
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, proof-of-concept activities, flight testing, and customer evaluations
• Define product requirements and provide field feedback to Product Management and Engineering
• Document requirements and customer feedback using Confluence, Jira, and related tools
• Capture operational challenges and mission needs and translate them into product recommendations
• Support sales through technical presentations, RFP responses, customer workshops, technical qualification, and proposal development
• Train and enable reseller and integration partners
• Support FAA-related operational concepts, BVLOS operations, public aircraft operations, waivers, and Part 108 requirements
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, competitive technologies, and emerging DFR use cases
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Training teams to support successful deployments and customer satisfaction
