Executive Assistant

• Support the Group Secretary General in managing all BSCO Boards and Board Committees
• Schedule quarterly and ad-hoc Board and Board Committee meetings
• Prepare and distribute Board reports using Diligent
• Act as the key UK administrative contact for Diligent
• Take Board minutes, record and distribute actions
• Prepare rolling agendas for Boards and Board Committees
• File Board reports and minutes centrally and assist the Chair, NEDs and members with secretariat requests
• Improve the structure of Board materials, templates, and documentation
• Act as Executive Assistant to BSCO Non-Executive Directors, including diary management, expenses, and travel support
• Build relationships with Board members, Executive Committee, Corporate Center, and stakeholders
• Act as secretary to BSCO ExCo, including meeting scheduling, documentation, minute taking, agendas, filing, and secretariat support
• Coordinate with the Chief of Staff on Executive Committee activity, Board meeting preparation, presentations, and post-meeting feedback
• Provide Board, ExCo, and regulatory documentation to auditors or regulators
• Review and update the annual Longform Report for the CSSF
• Administer Board and Committee composition and manage related Terms of Reference
