About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect product requirements from stakeholders, transform them into tasks, and prioritize processing
- Manage and maintain a well-defined, prioritized product backlog
- Refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning
- Set sprint goals and guide the development team during sprints
- Clarify requirements during development and support issue resolution
- Track sprint deliverables, resolve blockers, and coordinate cross-team dependencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features and enhancements
- Support release notes, TFP, and training documentation
- Manage post-go-live activities, outstanding items, follow-up work, and handovers to support teams
- Collect user feedback and document lessons learned
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure product performance and drive improvement
- Identify improvements and additional opportunities
- Write and refine user stories and features, and formulate acceptance criteria
- Define quality standards, Definition of Done, and Definition of Ready with the team
- Manage stakeholder relationships and incorporate customer and business needs
- Coordinate client activities, software support activities, and implementation projects
- Coordinate internally with development teams and product experts
- Lead problem-solving activities from beginning to end
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience in MBA product management in development for banks is requested
- Strong understanding of user needs and behaviors
- Strong business product knowledge
- Ability to translate insights into valuable product features
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Backlog management and story writing
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Experience in product development and management
- Strong understanding of the business area, products, and services
- Analytical thinking
