About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the technical design and delivery of Pega solutions within Financial Economic Crime
- Design and deliver end-to-end Pega solutions, including architecture, configuration, integrations, and implementation
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and sustainable Pega-based solutions
- Guide and mentor developers and offshore colleagues while promoting Pega best practices and technical excellence
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, architects, and offshore teams
- Align technical solutions with business objectives
- Safeguard application stability, continuity, and quality while helping prevent technical incidents
- Support two squads within the Financial Economic Crime Investigations domain
- Drive application stability, technical quality, and long-term maintainability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Pega Lead System Architect delivering complex end-to-end implementations
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using Pega Constellation
- Demonstrated ownership of delivery from requirements and design through implementation and production handover
- Certified Pega Lead System Architect certification
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within Financial Economic Crime (FEC), Know Your Customer (KYC), or another regulated environment
- Banking domain knowledge
- Dutch language skills
- Experience working with international and offshore teams
