Key responsibilities & impact

Create new agentic capabilities, including frameworks for monitoring, guardrailing, and evaluating agents

Requirements

What you’ll need

MSc in Computer Science or related field with exposure to AI/ML
Deep expertise in AI/ML, software engineering, or AI security
Strong programming skills in Python and relevant ML and/or agentic frameworks
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with a high degree of end-to-end ownership, delivering real world outcomes
Ability to pick up other programming languages and technologies as required to ship scalable and reliable software
Hands-on experience with at least one of: agent orchestration, agent harnesses, agent teams, jailbreaking/prompt injection, red teaming, data poisoning or evasion attacks, secure model deployment or sandboxing, detection and monitoring for AI misuse
Experience contributing to open source projects
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
PhD in Computer Science or related field with focus on AI/ML or similar (highly desired)
