About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and present credit analysis and recommendations to the bank's decision-making authorities
- Provide understanding of customers' businesses, financial risk profiles, and transaction-related risks
- Monitor economic, business, and market developments relevant to SEB's exposure
- Communicate and cooperate with clients, Client Executives, and Credits during business and credit assessments
- Cover corporate clients and sectors, primarily real estate and residential development counterparties
- Act as an expert on real estate finance and credit assessment within the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- A university degree, preferably with a numerical focus
- Some 5+ years relevant analytical experience from the financial sector
- Meaningful knowledge or experience from real estate or residential development
- Combination of accounting, analytical, modelling, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English and Swedish
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Final candidates undergo background checks, including identity checks, qualification verification, credit checks, company engagements, and criminal record checks; random drug testing may also apply
