Strategic Systems International

Data Scientist

• Own model and agent behavior end to end, from problem framing and algorithm selection through fine-tuning, retrieval design, agentic orchestration, evaluation, and production serving
• Design experiments, interpret model implementations, and ship production solutions within latency budgets
• Determine what agent memory should retain, in what form, and how retention is grounded in a governed data warehouse rather than an undifferentiated vector blob
• Partner closely with the AI Data Engineer, who owns the warehouse, pipelines, and index infrastructure
• Own the algorithm, prompt, and evaluation while collaborating on pipeline, schema, and data guarantees

Senior AI-ML Data Scientist

Security Engineer

• Support the Enterprise AI Security Program
• Help ensure the safe and secure adoption of AI across internal chatbots, agentic workflows with tool access, code assistants, and agentic platforms
• Assess new AI tools and protocols by analyzing their architecture, trust boundaries, and authentication models
• Develop specific and testable security policies
• Translate security policies into automated enforcement through policy-as-code, CI/CD gates, gateway-level controls, and DLP rules
• Evaluate and address AI/LLM security risks, including prompt injection, unsafe outputs, tool-use abuse, data leakage, identity misuse, and agentic workflow escalation
• Provide defensible security opinions on new tools, protocols, and frameworks within days
• Turn vendor capability gaps and new tool risk profiles into implementable and testable control requirements
• Discover and govern shadow-AI/BYOAI usage at scale
• Support detection engineering, SIEM integration, and telemetry design for AI and agent behavior

AI Security Engineer – AI, Agentic Security

Data Engineer

• Design and operate the data foundation supporting AI systems
• Own movement, modeling, and quality of data from source systems through the warehouse into retrieval and feature layers
• Build and maintain data pipelines powering LLM pipelines, agentic workflows, and analytical products
• Model warehouse schemas and make decisions about grain, relationships, and denormalization
• Write production Python and maintain pipelines as versioned, tested, observable software
• Partner with the AI/ML Data Scientist, who owns model behavior and retrieval strategy
• Own the pipeline, schema, and data guarantees while collaborating on the algorithm, prompt, and evaluation boundary
