Office Coordinator

• Provide general administrative support to clinic and mobile operations.
• Report to the Lead, Virtual Medical Back Office Coordinator.
• Answer incoming phone calls in a fast paced/high volume environment.
• Achieve daily goals consistently as outlined by management.
• Listen actively to patients’ concerns, understand their needs, and provide accurate information.
• Perform registration and insurance verification/updates for patient visits.
• Track member consents of enrolled and engaged members.
• Conduct outreach to established members using ad hoc lists, no-show and canceled reports, and/or assigned panel lists.
• Obtain medical records; process care plans and visit summaries; process and mail member educational materials.
• Complete ongoing training to further skills and development.
• Ensure all member engagements are documented accurately.
• Assist with special projects outside the normal scope of responsibility when necessary.
