Vice President

• Provide senior-level leadership for IT and Health Information Management functions
• Develop and maintain a multi-year technology and data strategy with the CEO and executive team
• Translate organizational strategy into technology roadmaps, budgets, and operational plans
• Advise executive leadership on emerging technology, digital health trends, and data capabilities
• Ensure information systems and technology are secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-effective
• Oversee network and infrastructure, end-user systems and support, vendor and contract management, cybersecurity, and risk management
• Oversee EHR, clinical systems, practice management and revenue cycle technologies, telehealth platforms, and clinical workflow optimization
• Oversee health information governance, data quality, documentation standards, and lifecycle management
• Lead enterprise reporting, dashboards, quality and compliance reporting, population health, and performance analytics
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and state and federal reporting requirements
• Oversee cybersecurity strategy, incident response planning, and privacy safeguards
• Collaborate with compliance and legal functions on audits and risk mitigation
• Serve as the organization’s security officer
• Directly manage IT and HIM leaders and build a high-performing, mission-aligned team
• Foster collaboration between technology staff and teams across the organization
