Account Executive

• Own the overall health, success, and growth of a global strategic enterprise partnership
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders across HR, Wellbeing, Benefits, Learning, and regional leadership
• Shape long-term partnership strategy around customer business priorities and workforce needs
• Define account priorities and translate them into goals for the account team
• Own customer engagement strategy to drive adoption, participation, and value across regions and employee populations
• Lead success planning, quarterly business reviews, and annual business reviews
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex account issues
• Own retention, renewal readiness, and expansion strategy
• Identify and close expansion opportunities across regions, business units, and solution areas
• Lead account-level decisions on priorities, scope, and resource needs
• Lead and develop account team leaders, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and prioritization
• Establish responsibilities, goals, and decision-making authority for team leaders
• Oversee major program milestones, global campaigns, success metrics, and performance commitments
• Use engagement, utilization, and impact data to guide strategy and demonstrate value
• Synthesize partnership insights to inform Product, Content, Coaching, and go-to-market strategy
• Partner with the Executive Sponsor and cross-functional leaders on executive engagements and escalations
