About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide operational support in managing a portfolio of international suppliers and customers
- Prepare and issue outgoing invoices by customer and product
- Handle incoming disputes within defined acceptance thresholds
- Validate incoming supplier invoices by product
- Raise disputes on incorrect invoices within acceptance thresholds
- Track, follow up, and ensure timely resolution of all disputes
- Analyze Excel datasets, reconcile information across multiple sources, and identify deviations, inconsistencies, or anomalies
- Support preparation and delivery of operational open disputes reports
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, including enhancements to calculation rules
- Help maintain clean and accurate partner account balances
- Ensure timely release of payments using appropriate systems and processes
- Process and allocate incoming payments promptly, particularly before month-end closing
- Support reduction of bad debt through effective and proactive follow-up
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Economics
- At least 1 year of experience in Accounting / Billing
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Strong analytical skills and well-structured thinking
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
