Sales

• Build, manage, and advance a strategic sales pipeline to drive net new revenue
• Meet and exceed annual sales quotas and pipeline development goals
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, consultants, employers, and strategic partners
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in employee benefits and behavioral health
• Position and differentiate Uprise Health against incumbent providers and point-solution competitors
• Assist with developing products and services for direct-to-employer, broker/consultant, and health plan verticals
• Assist with value proposition presentations, product development, and strategically significant initiatives
• Contribute to short-term and long-term strategic growth plans
• Serve as a subject matter expert on marketplace issues and Uprise Health solutions
• Build trust and confidence among management, employees, and external constituents
• Report to the Chief Revenue Officer
