Account Manager

• Manage the client renewal process.
• Review new and renewal submissions for completeness and resolve discrepancies with brokers.
• Review RFPs and underwriting files to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Input employer stop-loss characteristics, including benefits, census data, large claims, and aggregate claim assessments, into the underwriting system.
• Accurately document case files, prepare applications, and oversee issuance processes.
• Develop and critique proposal information, identify appropriate markets, and distribute accounts accordingly.
• Prepare and distribute renewal notification letters.
• Maintain quote qualifications while ensuring competitive pricing.
• Oversee new account implementation, coordinating with internal departments and external partners.
• Manage the book of business.
• Negotiate with stop-loss markets.
• Communicate effectively with brokers, clients, and third-party administrators.
