Own and evolve the CLMi product testing and quality engineering strategy

Requirements

Extensive experience in software testing and quality engineering
Experience owning and implementing a product-level testing strategy
Strong knowledge of risk-based testing techniques
Experience defining testing layers across complex software products
Significant experience with test automation strategy, frameworks and governance
Strong API and integration testing knowledge
Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD delivery pipelines
Ability to influence engineering teams and senior stakeholders without direct line-management authority
Experience coaching testers, developers or automation engineers
Strong technical investigation, defect analysis and root-cause analysis skills
Experience working in an Agile software product or enterprise SaaS environment
Strong working knowledge of functional and exploratory testing
Knowledge of unit, integration, API, UI and end-to-end testing approaches
Knowledge of browser-based test automation, API and contract testing, CI/CD quality controls and automated test execution
Knowledge of performance, load and scalability testing
Knowledge of security-focused testing practices
Knowledge of SQL and data validation
Knowledge of monitoring and observability principles
Knowledge of test environment and test data management
Familiarity with Cypress, BrowserStack, C#/.NET testing environments, xUnit or similar frameworks, GitLab CI/CD, Angular, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and Grafana or similar platforms would be beneficial
Comfortable understanding how C# unit and integration tests are structured, layered and executed within CI/CD pipelines
