How does ScoutField AI find good jobs for me?
ScoutField builds a candidate match profile from your resume evidence, then compares it with job match profiles built from each job's requirements, responsibilities, seniority, tools, and competency signals. Jobs rank higher when the overall meaning and the concrete requirements both line up.
Is this just keyword matching?
No. Keywords still matter, but they are not the whole match. ScoutField uses semantic similarity to understand related experience even when the wording is different, then checks explicit skills, tools, certifications, industry terms, and soft skills for requirement coverage.
What parts of my profile affect job matching?
Your summaries, skills, work history, bullet points, projects, tools, location, and additional resume sections can all contribute to your candidate match profile.
Why might two jobs with the same tech stack rank differently?
Two jobs can both mention the same tools but ask for different seniority, responsibilities, industry context, collaboration style, certifications, or project experience. ScoutField considers those signals instead of ranking only by shared technology names.
Does ScoutField still respect my filters?
Yes. Filters such as location, remote or hybrid work, seniority, salary, required or excluded technologies, AI Apply, and already-applied jobs are applied before the final ranked results are shown.
