About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a caseload of care packages
- Deliver customer service to clients and healthcare workers
- Manage rotas to ensure shifts are filled
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients’ families and healthcare workers
- Fulfil routine and complex requests
- Plan rotas and book healthcare workers for shifts based on availability
- Select and maintain the best healthcare workers for clients’ needs
