About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create, update, and maintain detailed 2D and 3D drawings using Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, or similar design software
- Work closely with engineers and project managers to interpret project requirements and translate them into accurate design documents
- Ensure drawings and models comply with industry standards, municipal specifications, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain organized project files and revise drawings as needed
- Assist in preparing documentation packages for client and regulatory approvals
- Assist with data collection, field measurements, and design modifications
- Stay current with drafting technologies, software updates, and industry best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, or similar 3D modeling and drafting software
- 5+ years of experience with municipal infrastructure projects preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate drawings
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Associate’s degree (A.S.) in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred but not required
- Equivalent work experience will be considered
- Sponsorship not available now or in the future
