About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure project quality activities are planned, executed and followed up according to contractual requirements, customer expectations and established business processes
- Act as the main quality contact within assigned projects
- Work closely with Project Managers and the wider quality organization, including Quality Leads and other quality professionals
- Coordinate project quality activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure inspections, audits and customer reporting are carried out effectively
- Keep key project documentation up to date
- Manage quality risks, deviations and corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Capture and share lessons learned across projects
- Collaborate with various stakeholders in an international project environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least five years of experience in project quality management or a similar quality-focused project role
- Strong auditing experience
- Ideally an ISO 9001 auditor certification or equivalent background
- Experience from industrial, engineering, process, energy or plant projects
- Fluent Finnish and English skills required
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and solve problems effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach and confidence to ask questions when needed
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Relaxed and flexible professional mindset
- Unable to provide relocation assistance to Finland
