About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care
- Provide care to patients across the lifespan
- Conduct approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
- Use mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses to inform care
- Develop treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Partner with clients to achieve their goals
- Use telehealth, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Complete additional state licensure requirements as requested as Brave Health expands into new markets
- Complete a brief post-application questionnaire and work with a senior recruiter if there is a mutual fit
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's level degree and licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Ongoing authorization cannot depend on temporary or employer-dependent visa status
- Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
- Fluency in English
- Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning
- Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
- Full/independent licensure in the applicable state
