Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in engineering, math, or other technical field of study OR 1+ years in renewable field OR 1+ years in technical support role

- Strong organization skills
- Ability to manage issues to resolution
- Near excessive attention to detail necessary
- Ability to stay calm and collected while working under pressure
- Ability to prioritize work based on internal and external needs
- Must have stable internet access or be able to come into Durham office
- Must be able to work on call shifts during evenings and weekends
- Programming skills (Python/SQL) preferred
- Power systems understanding preferred
- Proficiency in Excel preferred
