Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market trends
- Translate requirements into user stories, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, content, marketing, sales, and other teams
- Lead product development from concept to launch, including planning, execution, and iteration
- Monitor progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure product quality standards
- Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies, including messaging, positioning, pricing, and sales enablement
- Define and track KPIs, analyze data, gather insights, and iterate product strategy
- Gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and user testing
- Conduct market research and analyze trends, competition, and emerging technologies
- Mentor Product Managers and Product Owners to drive continuous delivery, enhancement, and optimization of the product portfolio
- Support execution of the product roadmap in alignment with squad priorities
- Communicate roadmap changes across teams and evaluate outcomes
- Serve as primary liaison to the Director of Product
- Drive cross-team collaboration and implement process improvements
- Manage team performance through performance reviews and regular 1-1 meetings
- Lead by example as a visible Catena ambassador
- Own recruitment and selection for the team with HR and TA teams
- Enable team and individual growth through induction, learning, and development
- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years working with Technology Product development and delivery, preferably within the iGaming industry
- Experience in crafting clear product requirements based on research, data and insights
- Previous experience in leadership positions
- Excellent communication skills, effectively translating complex ideas into easy-to-understand, workable solutions
- Strong organizational, planning, and supervisory skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, adapting messaging to suit the audience
- Familiarity with design and UX principles
- Strong understanding of the product prototyping process, with hands-on experience from concept to validation
- Technical understanding of application development, cloud computing, and database technologies
