About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions
- Conduct evaluations and individual, group, family, or couple’s psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children in the service area
- Maintain communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by the client
- Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team and community referral sources
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical records according to organization policies
- Participate in developing and implementing quality clinical practices
- Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time
- Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of the service provided
- Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required
- Obtain and maintain CANS/ANSA Certification
- Licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC
- Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred
- Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods
- Knowledge and utilization of evidence-based interventions
- Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking services
- Standing – 10%; sitting – 90%; occasional squatting, kneeling, bending, driving, and lifting
